The Tri for the Cure is a sprint-distance triathlon where women of all ages and fitness levels unite in a celebration of strength, sisterhood, and self.

Format : Sprint Distance

Swim 750M (1/2 Mile)
Bike 18.3K (11.4 Miles)
Run 5K (3.1 Miles)

Train like a pro, with a pro. 

Start training with Coach Barrie's monthly training plan beginning February 2nd.
